Do you ever stop to wonder why it’s so difficult for people to see what others see within them?
We look at ourselves every day, passing by mirrors, catching our reflections in windows, but we do not see ourselves.
Not really.
We are too familiar with our own presence.
The way we smile.
The way we speak.
The way we think.
The way we encourage.
The way we show up for others.
We assume these things are common, because they are common to us.
But familiarity breeds blindness.
We disregard the very thingsthat make us remarkable, that make us uniquely fashioned for a purpose.
But what if—for a moment—you could step outside yourself?
What if you could see yourselfthe way others see you?
Better yet—what if you could see yourselfthe way God sees you?
THE UNCOMMON HIDING IN THE ORDINARY
What is ordinary to youis often extraordinary to someone else.
The way you uplift others when they’re weary.
The way you think in ways others never could.
The way you see solutions where others only see problems.
Nobody in historycan smile the way you smile.Nobody in creationcan encourage the way you encourage.Nobody in existencecan carry the precise reflection of God that you do.
And yet, because we live inside our own heads,we shrink back.
We convince ourselves,"This isn’t anything special.""Anyone could do this.""What do I really have to offer?"
But you are not anyone. You are you.Created, formed, and purposedwith intentionality.
THE GOD WHO CHOOSES THE UNLIKELY
You don’t believe it?Look at scripture.
God has always chosenthe unconventional, the overlooked, the unqualifiedto be His greatest vessels.
Moses—a man with a speech impediment, chosen to be the voice of deliverance.
David—a shepherd boy, destined to be king.
Gideon—a man hiding in fear, called to lead an army.
Esther—a young orphaned girl, positioned to save a nation.
Peter—an impulsive fisherman, turned into the rock of the church.
Paul—a persecutor of Christians, transformed into the greatest apostle of grace.
Why would it be any different with you?
God delights in usingthe ones who doubt themselves, the ones who think they are not enough, the ones who feel unqualified.
Because when His power moves through them, the world will know it was never them—but Him.
STOP SHRINKING BACK—YOU WERE MADE FOR THIS
You were born into this timeon purpose, for a purpose.
Your presence on this planet is not random.Your voice is needed.Your gifts are necessary.
What God wants to do through youis so much bigger than you can imagine.
But it will require something of you—
You must stop shrinking back.
You must stop dismissing what is inside you.
You must stop believing the lie that you are ordinary.
Because you are not.
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THOSE WHO SEE YOU
Find the peoplewho see what God sees in you.
The ones who call out your potential.
The ones who remind you of who you are when you forget.
The ones who speak life over you.
These are the voices that echo heaven’s perspective.
Listen to them.
Let them remind you thatthe things you think are smallare actually the seeds of something monumental.
THIS IS YOUR TIME—STEP INTO IT
Throughout history,God has always raised up voices, positioned people, given them assignmentsfor their generation.
And now,He is raising you.
The message He has for this generationwill come through people like you—through the surrendered, through the willing, through those who step into divine alignment.
It has never been about you.It has always been aboutwhat God wants to do through you.
Don’t shrink back.
Don’t let fear silence you.
Don’t let familiarity make you blind to your purpose.
Step boldly.Speak passionately.Let the fire within you consume you.
This is the moment you were created for.
A PRAYER TO SEE MYSELF AS GOD SEES ME
Father, open my eyes.
Let me see myself the way You see me.Let me recognize the gifts You have placed within me.Let me not diminish what You call significant.
I repent for shrinking back, for dismissing the very things You desire to use.I release every lie that tells me I am not enough.
Breathe boldness into my spirit.Surround me with voices that call me higher.Position me in places where I can be used for Your glory.
I surrender my life to Your purpose.I step fully into what You have called me to do.I will no longer doubt.I will no longer delay.
I am ready.Use me.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
FINAL WORD: YOUR LIFE IS A MESSAGE
Every great movement of Godbegan with one person who said yes.
Moses said yes—and Israel was delivered.
Esther said yes—and a nation was saved.
Mary said yes—and the Savior entered the world.
Jesus said yes—and eternity was forever changed.
And now,you stand at the threshold of your own yes.
God has a plan to move through you.A purpose that will impact eternity.
But you must see it.You must embrace it.You must step into it.
The time is now.
And the world is waiting.
